Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Most Axis Automotive steering wheels are custom-made to the specifications selected by the customer. Because these products are personalized and made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect options selected by the customer, or vehicle incompatibility resulting from incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications confirmed in your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please verify your vehicle model, year, steering wheel configuration, and selected options carefully before placing your order. If we require additional compatibility information or photographs, production may be placed on hold until this information is received.
